About Milwaukee Multifamily Siding

We’re a Milwaukee-area siding contractor focused on apartment buildings, condo associations and managed properties. We plan around occupied buildings, coordinate multi-building schedules and keep boards and owners informed throughout the work.

Who we are

We focus on the siding needs of multifamily properties, where an exterior project affects residents, owners and property managers at the same time. Our Wisconsin-based crew works across Milwaukee, Waukesha, Brookfield, New Berlin and Pewaukee. We help you define the work building by building, with attention to access, existing wall conditions and resident communication. Whether you’re addressing a localized repair or planning a larger replacement, we start with the property and the decisions you need to make.

How a project runs

  1. Site walk and scope. We review the building, discuss known issues and identify the work and any further investigation needed.
  2. Written estimate. We set out the proposed materials, work, exclusions and how concealed conditions will be handled.
  3. Occupied-building phasing plan. We coordinate the building sequence, access, staging and communication with your owner or management team.
  4. Installation. Our crew completes the agreed siding work, with scope changes documented as conditions are uncovered.
  5. Final walk and warranty paperwork. We review the completed work with you, address the punch list and hand over the applicable product and warranty documents.

Our installation team

Installations are performed by our Wisconsin crew, Craftsman’s Choice, who handle multifamily siding across the Milwaukee metro.

Clear scope, clear communication

A useful project starts with a written scope and an agreed point of contact. We discuss materials, access, scheduling and change approvals before work begins, then keep the final project records together for your board, owner or property manager.

Our replacement guide and project brief builder help you prepare for that conversation. Bring your building details and known concerns so we can discuss the next step.
